PANAJI: A special screening of the Marathi short film ‘Brahmandnayak’ and a felicitation ceremony for its artists were held at Shri Gajanan Devasthan Hall, Navelim-Divar, during the 11-day Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Lead actress Minaxi Diwadkar was felicitated by Cumbharjua MLA Rajesh Faldessai. The programme was attended by Nilesh Ramesh Vernekar, Founder and President of Shri Swami Samarth Parivar Math, Rai, Siolim, and Prasad Pednekar, President of Shri Gajanan Devasthan, Navelim-Divadi. Other members of the film’s cast and team were also present. ‘Brahmandnayak’ was produced with the support of Shri Swami Samarth Parivar Math and written and produced by Gaurish Bhargavram Naik. The screening drew a large gathering of devotees and film enthusiasts, while the artists and team were felicitated for their contribution.
