PANAJI: The Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Government College and Research Centre has established an independent help desk at its Language Lab in the Administration Building to assist students applying for undergraduate programmes. Located on the second floor, the facility aims to ensure a smooth and hassle-free online admission process, informed Principal Juão Costa. The help desk provides support to students unfamiliar with the application procedure or facing technical difficulties. Staff members guide applicants through registration, filling in personal details, selecting courses and colleges, and downloading completed forms. The desk will also assist in filling out forms for students when required. Students experiencing internet connectivity issues are encouraged to visit the college and use the facility. Principal Costa urged applicants facing difficulties to take advantage of the service.
