Panchayatantra-- A handbook of powers and functions of VP and ZP members authored by Dr Aureliano Freddy Fernandes was released in Panaji by Luizinho Faleiro, former chief minister of Goa, in the presence of Kumar Kalanand Mani, Fr Clive Telles sdb, and Reshma Bandodkar, Chairperson North Goa ZP.
