MARGAO: Dr Dielle Martins has completed her MD in Anaesthesiology from the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences (ABVIMS) and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, securing fifth place in the university examinations.
Dr Dielle had earlier completed her MBBS from Goa Medical College before securing admission to the prestigious central government institute in New Delhi. During her time at GMC, she was awarded the Late Dr Antonio Rego Gold Medal in Physiology. Dr Dielle hails from Banda-Assolna in Salcete and is the daughter of Goa State Pollution Control Board Chairman Dr Levinson Martins and teacher Sunita Martins. She plans to pursue a super-speciality course in the future.
