PANAJI: Goan clinical embryologist Veena Naik, serving at the IVF/IUI ART Centre, Goa Medical College & Hospital, Bambolim, has received the ISAR ART Excellence Awards 2026 – Award for Embryology Excellence – Young Achiever. The award was presented on September 19 at Hotel Marriott, Udaipur, by Dr Sunita Tandulwadkar, Dr Keshav Malhotra, Dr Hrishikesh Pai and Dr Vibha Garg. Naik, who has over 10 years of experience in clinical embryology and assisted reproductive technology, was recognised for her career achievements, scientific contributions and service to the field. Her work includes embryo culture, assisted reproductive procedures and maintaining laboratory standards. She has also contributed to scientific publications and book chapters. Naik said the recognition would inspire her to continue learning and contributing to clinical embryology.
