On the occasions of Republic Day of India (January 26) and Rajbhasha Day (February 4), Akhil Bharatiya Konkani Sahitya Sangh has announced an online patriotic song writing contest. The contest aims at motivating the creation of more patriotic songs in Konkani language. The song needs to be on nationalism, and there is no age bar to participate. One contestant can send only one song. The song should be typed and sent on WhatsApp 9823585803 and 9823769115 by January 24. The writer should send his/her photo, name, address and phone number with the song. The winners will be awarded prizes on a programme organised on the occasion of Rajbhasha Day, February 4. The participants will get certificates of participation too.
