Goa Forward Party's Mandrem candidate Deepak Kalangutkar continued his door-to-door campaign on the third day and has been receiving a warm welcome from the people, stated GFP in a press release on Thursday.
Kalangutkar said, “We released our manifesto long back. It includes all the developments by local consent. The change they wish to see is the change we agreed to bring.”
Local Nilesh Kalangutkar confirmed, “It is long enough that we are hoping for change and some developmental works in Mandrem. Deepak will win with a thumping margin.”
Locals said that Kalangutkar is putting in a visible effort.
Residents, especially are hoping for a new face in the Mandrem constituency. Youth have been joining Goa Forward Party to set and accomplish developmental goals.
Door-to-door campaigns are ongoing following all the Covid guidelines.
“We wear masks during campaigning. As guidelines suggest, only five karyakartas make door-to-door visits at a time,” informed Kalangutkar.
