MARGAO: South Goa MP Captain Viriato Fernandes on Friday handed over a three-wheeler bike, sanctioned under the MPLAD fund, to differently abled Joao Menezes at his residence in New Vaddem. He also inaugurated physiotherapy equipment, including a TENS machine, lumbar traction machine and muscle stimulator, along with ENT equipment at Chicalim Hospital, purchased through MPLAD funds. The event was attended by Congress leaders, panchayat members and local residents.
