PANAJI: Civil Service Badminton and Youth Affair Campal, Panaji will organise a State Level Civil Services Badminton tournament for Person with Disabilities (PwD) on February 7 from 9:30 am onwards. The last day for submitting entries is February 5. All particpants should carry ID cards/age proof for verification of eligibility criteria by the organising committee at the venue of the tournament.
