The Reading Planet (TRP) - Bookstore and Library has been inaugurated recently in Mapusa at Chandranath Apartments. The event happened in the presence of Gurudas Palkar, headmaster of Dnyanprassarak Vidyalaya, Mapusa who attended as the chief guest on the occasion. Anil Samant, president of Goa Marathi Academy and ex-principal of Walawalkar Higher Secondary School, Mapusa was the guest of honour. The bookstore has curated a selection of books specially for children under 14 years. Colourful and age-appropriate books are kept for sale at the store and there is a book collection for adults as well. The store has books, handpicked from different publishers.
