PANAJIVeteran Goan writer Damodar Mauzo was felicitated at Keri Vivekanand Dyanmandir during his visit to the school complex. Swami Vivekanand Vidyamandir Konkani school, Vivekanand pre-secondary school and Vivekanand Dyanmandir Secondary Vidyalaya, all run by Swami Vivekanand Vidya Prasarak Mandal organised the felicitation of the senior writer. Mauzo appreciated Swami Vivekanand Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s contribution to the field of education, and for the past four year the SSC result of their school has been 100%. The former president of the managing committee, Namdev Gawas presented a memento to Mauzo on behalf of the school in the presence of acting principal Gopinath Gawas, teacher Chandrakant Gawas and Jayendra Kerkar.
PC Trust felicitates Mount Mary’s HSS student
PANAJIPC Trust felicitated Leya Philip, student of Mount Mary's Higher Secondary School, Chinchinim for her tremendous performance at the HSSC examinations. A science student, Leya scored 467 marks (77.83%) at the GBSHSE exams and has achieved first rank in her school. Daughter of Leelamma Mathew and Philip Varghese, she was awarded Rs 5000 and a citation in honour of Fr JA Da Costa.
