VALPOI: A power shut down has been arranged on December 5 on 11KV City feeder in Valpoi from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for carrying out urgent maintenance works. The areas affected are Ansolem village Banducrusher and Nanus village , as informed by  Department of Information and Publicity.

NAVELIM: A power shut down has been arranged on December 5 on 11KV Navelim , 11KV Mandopa and 11KV MES feeder from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm. The areas affected are entire Navelim VP, entire Telaulim VP entire Aquem “Baixo VP, MES surrounding areas, Near Ganapati Temple Dicarpale, Lakaki, Pali and surrounding areas , as informed by  Department of Information and Publicity.

PANAJI Vaishnavi Pritesh Raikar’s book ‘Gaanthwal Ukhanyanche’ was recently published online. Prior to this the publisher Zilu Gaonkar visited Vinayak Khedekar and Dr Hanumant Chopadekar at their homes for the publication of the book and presented them mementos.
