A plant nursery under the name of Goa Green Nursery has been set up on the Colva road at Per-Seraulim.
Inaugurated by Benaulim MLA Churchill Alemao, nursery owner Nelson Noronha has urged people to come and have a look at the nursery, which plays host to a variety of ornamental plants, fruit plants, vegetable and medicinal plants.
“I request the people to come and have look at the various ornamental and medicinal plants at the nursery, besides vegetables and fruit plants”, he added.
The Benaulim MLA said the nursery has come on a huge tract of land and offers wide range of choices for the people. “I have not seen such a nursery anywhere. All varieties of plants are available at the nursery”, Churchill said, while making a plea to the people to patronize the nursery.
