PANAJI: The Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), in partnership with EDC Limited, will organise a Financial Clinic on MSME Day, June 27, from 10 am to 12 noon at the GCCI hall in Panaji. The event aims to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing useful information on finance and government schemes. Held under the theme ‘Empowering MSMEs through knowledge and finance’, the clinic is designed for both aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners. It will include an overview of Central government schemes by the MSME Development and Facilitation Office (DFO), Goa region, and a presentation on the RAMP scheme and other initiatives by the Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce (DITC). Participating banks will share insights on MSME loans and financial assistance, while EDC Ltd will present details of its schemes, including the updated Chief Minister’s Rojgar Yojana (CMRY) and various term loan options. The Startup and IT Promotion Cell will explain available incentives for startups. The session will conclude with a panel discussion featuring representatives from the RBI, SIDBI, NABARD, banks, and EDC Ltd. Entry is free, but prior registration is required.
