The Colva police has arrested one person for allegedly filming a woman from Colva in her house.
Colva police station in charge PI Anand Shirodkar informed that the incident occurred when the allegedly allegedly filmed the woman while she was in her home.He said the accused took advantage of a power outage to carry out the illegal act. The accused person has been arrested under provisions of the IPC and sections under the Information Technology Act. He has been remanded to three days police custody.
The cell phone will be sent to the forensic lab as part of investigations, the PI added.
