PANAJI
Saba da Silva, Professor of Law at GR Kare College of Law, Margao, shall address an academic and cultural event at the 735 year old UNESCO World Heritage site, University of Coimbra, Portugal on April 30 on the topic The Influence of Portuguese Law in India: the Experience of Goa, Damão and Diu, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Portugal, event coorganized by the University of Coimbra and the Embassy of India in Portugal. The event shall also be addressed by Puneet R. Kundal, Ambassador of India to Portugal and João Nuno Calvão da Silva, Vice-Rector for External Relations and Alumni of the University of Coimbra.
