A state-of-the-art gym ‘Core Fitness Centre’ has opened near the Vaddem lake in Vasco. Transport Minister, Mauvin Godinho inaugurated the gym in the presence of Sancoale Sarpanch Ramakant Borkar and others. Addressing the gathering, Godinho expressed happiness that such a facility is now available to people of his constituency along with the rest of Vasco. He praised the gym management for installing latest branded equipment. He also congratulated Archita Siddhanth Shirodkar, who was present at the event, for winning the all-Goa Power lifting Competition held recently. Archita Shirodkar is an ambassador for ‘Core Fitness Centre.’ He appealed to the people of Vasco to benefit from facilities at the gym.
Apart from a modern gym, the ‘Core Fitness Centre’ provides for Zumba and Yoga activities all under one roof. The gym provides latest equipment like the power squat and the prone leg curl.
