400 plus get jabs on day 1 at Calangute

The Vaccination Centre established by PHC Candolim at St Joseph’s High School Calangute with the support of Minister Michael Lobo managed by the Calangute Panchayat, Lions Club of Calangute and Leo Club of Calangute, is now open for all citizens above 18 years and would be operational from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm from Monday to Saturday. On the first day (June 14) 400 plus beneficiaries received the vaccine. 

The centre has a systematic queue management system and a spacious waiting area for beneficiaries awaiting their turn and post-vaccination observations. 

All efforts have been made to ensure a pleasant experience for all beneficiaries above 18 years who can walk in for Covidshield jab with on-spot registration.
