44 more Delta variant cases in Goa

Out of the several samples sent to Pune lab for testing 44 samples have been reported positive for Delta variant of Covid. As of now no cases of the Delta Plus variant have been reported in Goa.  Covid patients’ samples are sent fortnightly for Covid-19 genome sequencing to Pune labs.
