Builders, real estate agents, and companies are all threatening the peace of Goa. They are targeting Goan property, and after taking control of cities in Goa, they have now reached its villages, disrupting the peace and the beautiful environment filled with mountains, water bodies, and greenery. Driven by greed, a few selfish local Goans, along with the local MLA, are selling our village lands to builders and real estate agencies. They are approving multi-dwelling projects in Goan villages with the backing of the TCP authorities, greedy villagers, Panchayat office, and local representatives, all while keeping the native villagers in the dark. Goa is an expensive place to live, and these bungalows, villas, and apartments are sold to outsiders for high prices. This leads to issues such as increased garbage pollution, traffic congestion, and struggles with water and electricity, causing the original Goan residents to suffer due to the mistakes and selfish behaviour of some locals. These individuals do not love their own village. Please do not be swayed by their sweet talk.
