Lions Club of Calangute and Leo Club of Calangute distributed fruit bearing and Medicinal Saplings by going to houses of their members. Zone Chairperson MJF Lion Illyas Rajabali who participated in saplings distribution drive, emphasised the need of growing trees and plants saying they give us oxygen to stay healthy and we need to save Mother Earth.Club President Lion Murtaza Mathernwala thanked panch members for providing saplings. He also requested all to plant and maintain the saplings to full growth.Those present on the occasion were Senior Member Lion Pio Souza, Leo District 317B Secretary Leo Zainab Rajabali, Leo club President Leo Sagar Lawande and Leo Club Secretary Leo Sarah Rajabali.
