Civil Supplies extends distribution of onions

The Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has informed that the lifting/distribution of onions to all the ration card holders -- PHH, AAY, APL and ANP -- for the phase-I of November 2020 through Fair Price Shop owners has been extended further up to November 21, 2020.

Ration cardholders in the State are therefore requested to take their first lot of entitlement -- 1 kg/card @ Rs 34.50 per kg on or before November 21, 2020, from respective Fair Price Shop.

Griha Aadhar scheme amended

PANAJIThe Directorate of Women and Child Development has made amendments towards Griha Aadhar Scheme. It is informed that as per the newly amended Griha Aadhar Scheme the competent authority to issue income certificates to applicants/beneficiaries is Secretary, Village Panchayat/Chief Officer, Municipal Council, the Department of Information and Publicity informed.
