The Department of Information and Publicity (DIP) accorded a warm farewell to their Radio Mechanic, Sudhakar Phaldessai, and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) Ajit Sawant who retired on superannuation after rendering dedicated service to Department for 34 and 31 long years respectively. Sudhakar Phaldesai joined the service on December 12, 1988 and Ajit Sawant joined as Adhoc in the year 1992 and joined as regular staff in the year January 12, 1995 .While speaking on the occasion, Director of DIP, Dipak Bandekar wishing both a happy and healthy retired life, said that retirement is never an end to something but it is a start to second innings of life. Information Officer, Prakash Naik said that both staff were dedicated and hard working employees and shared his experience working with them. Joint Director, Pandurang Talgaonkar and Silvester Estebeiro also extended their wishes on the occasion.
