Four more people succumb to Covid

Goa recorded four more deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the toll to 3,086. Of the four deaths, two occurred at GMC and one each at SGDH and a private hospital in South Goa. With 195 new cases, 176 recoveries, the active Covid count is 1965. The positivity percentage was 4.15 % with 195 of the 4696 samples testing positive for covid. The recovery rate was 97 %, patients discharged 15 and new admissions were 26.

PANAJIAfter taking a break since July beginning, the rain gods will shower the State for the next three days, according to an IMD forecast, which adds that on July 11 and 12 there would be very heavy rains.
