An art teacher and ceramic artist from Goa Ramdas Gadekar will be at the Carpe Diem from April 13-18 from 4.30 to 6 pm to present his journey into the world of ceramics with a Glazing workshop. The participants will be able to watch Ramdas over the week as he creates a few artefacts in clay. The workshop will end with a presentation of his new works on April 18 at 6 pm. The participants can register at https://imjo.in/3YJDMm and draw and plan their designs, learn glazing techniques, glaze and take back their own fired plate after paying a fee of Rs 1,500.
Similarly, Kausalya Gadekar will conduct a workshop ‘Food for Thought’ from April 20 to 25 from 4.30 to 6 pm at Carpe Diem. Kausalya is the third in the series of eight artists being presented as part of ‘The Artist Acquaintances’ project.
