The organisation representing the Bhandari community ‘Gomantak Bhandari Samaj’ has decided to file a criminal complaint against former president Anil Hoble for alleged financial fraud during his term as president between 2012 to 2018.
Addressing the media, Vice President Devanand Naik alleged that Anil Hoble is using the name of the organisation for his political motives and has misused the funds of the organisation. “Hoble committed lot of illegalities during the construction of Pragati Sankul Hall,” said Naik.
Meanwhile, Ashok Naik has claimed that he is the president of the organisation and has produced legal certificates of the election held in November 2018 in which Anil Hoble was defeated.
Although the Ashok Naik group has won the election, the Anil Hoble group has not excepted defeat and the matter is under litigation.
Now, there is a tussle going on between the two groups over issuance of community certificates.
President Ashok Naik has alleged that Hoble is still issuing caste certificates alleging that such an act is illegal.
