The Governor's 212th book "Basic Structure and Republic" will be released, at a book release function, at the hands of His Gracious Mar Joseph Perumthottam, the Archbishop of Changanacherry, Kerala and in the presence of Subhash Shirodkar, Minister for Water Resource Development, Co-Operation and Provedoria and Sadananad Tanavade, MP (Rajya Sabha) and Bharatiya Janata Party State President of Goa and Harilal Menon, Vice Chancellor, Goa University, on February 27 at 11.30 am in the Durbar Hall (Old). The book release function will be followed by lunch being hosted by the Governor of Goa.
