The Region Meet of Region IX of Lions Clubs International, Dist. 317 B, under the leadership of MJF Lion Gajanan Golatkar, was held recently and hosted by Lions Club of Old Goa. Over 150 delegates registered and attended the Meet. MJF Lion Dwarka Jalan, Past District Governor & Past Multiple Council Chairperson was the chief guest and PDG 317 E MJF Lion G Shrinivas was the keynote speaker. The theme of Region Meet was 'Serve to The Deserve'. Zone Chairpersons Lion Balaji, MJF Lion Virendra Pereira read the report of the activities of their Clubs. PDG MJF Lion Nitin Maganlal, PMJF Lion Saish Lawande, MJF Lion Girish Kuchinad, all the nine Club Presidents along with members and others were present. Financial assistance was given to the needy from Old Goa.
