Samraat Club International State 1 in association with host club Samraat Club Mapusa organised the Manthan State Conference 2023 at Calangute with keynote speaker Vasudev RP Valawalkar, past district governor of Lions in the presence of Shailesh Borkar, Govindraj Desai, Suraj Naik, Dipak Narvekar, Chandrakant Amonkar and others. State president Shailesh Borkar urged the gathering to judiciously cast their valuable vote for the election for the post of Vice President of SCI state 1. The process of election was conducted by Dipak Narvekar who announced Avin Naik, Pravin Sabnis and Shashikant Punaji as the next lineage of SCI state 1, also he declared the board of directors for the year 2023-24.
