Samrat Club, Margao, in association with Palash Agni Studios and Antarnad Creations, has organized a five-day online workshop on the journey of a song viz. lyrics to singing, beginning from July 20-24. The workshop, conducted by personalities from the music field in Goa, will be broadcast live on Palash Agni Studios' Facebook page every day from 6 pm.Saish Panandikar and Dr Rajay Pawar will speak on lyrics, Yatin Talavalikar and Dilip Vaze on music, Vishnu Shirodkar and Sindhuraj Kamat on music arrangement and Dr Praveen Gaonkar and Akshada Talavalikar will be guiding the participants on the singing aspect of a song. On the last day all the resource persons will come on one platform to discuss about the journey of a song from lyrics to vocal presentation. Goan anchor Prof Govind Bhagat will be the moderator of this final session. Parag Raikar, president of Samrat Club Margao, Palash Agni of Palash Agni Studios and Yatin Talavalikar of Antarnad Creations have appealed to artists from Goa and other states to attend the workshops.
