The 21st Installation Ceremony of the president of the Rotary Club of Margao Midtown and the 3rd Installation of the President of the Rotaract Club of Margao Midtown was held recently. The District Governor of RID 3170 Rtn Gaurish Dhond installed Rtn Adv Adbrona Vaz e Valadares as the president of Rotary Club Margao Midtown and Rtr Denise Rashmi Costabir as the president of the Rotaract Club in the presence of assistant governor Rtn Dilip Rampurkar and the DRR Rtr Vishakha Pednekar and their respective incoming board of directors, club secretaries and club treasurers.

PANAJI A 93-year-old woman Angelina Fernandes was administered the COVID-19 vaccine at St Joseph’s High School Calangute. This centre is managed by Lions Club of Calangute and Leo Club of Calangute. President of Lions Club of Calangute Lion Murtaza Mathernwala said, “We administered the COVID-19 vaccine to Angelina, the oldest person to get vaccinated.
