The Vice President of India M Venkaiah Naidu will be on an official visit to the State of Goa from October 27 to 30. Public are requested not to park their vehicles to facilitate smooth passage of VVIP convoy. Traffic will be stopped at various points well in advance from security point of view. The VVIP route being INS Hansa Airport to Raj Bhavan via Airport Junction - Grade Seperator - Chicalim Circle “ Chicalim Panchayat “ Cortalim Junction “ Agacaim Junction “ Siridao “ GMC Bambolim “ Goa University Road “ NIO Circle “ Raj Bhavan Road on October 27 and on October 30. Likewise on October 28, no vehicle should be parked along the VVIP route from Raj Bhavan to Sant Sohirobanath Ambiye Government College, Virnoda Pernem via NIO Circle “ Goa University Road “ GMC Bambolim “ NH 66 “ Merces Junction “ Atal Setu “ O’Coqueiro Circle “ Soccoro Junction “ Green Park Junction “ Karaswada Over bridge “ Colvale bridge “ Dhargal Toll Naka “ Kulan Over bridge “ Redkar Hospital “ Sant Sohirobanath Govt. Collage, Virnoda Pernem. Public are requested to co-operate with the police and follow the traffic signals during the visit of the Vice President. Any vehicle found abandoned on the road will be towed away.
