PANAJI: Medical Science and law is a very complicated topic and very few have tried to pen down on the complexities of medical laws. Recently a doctor from GMC, Dr Pannag S Kumar has unfolded the complicated subject in his book, ‘Pictorial Forensic Pathology and Toxicology “ A Colour Atlas’ which was released recently at GMC. New Delhi’s I P Innovative Publications has published the book. “Dr Pannag’s book on medical laws and science of poisoning or toxicology is written in a very simple language, in a very vivid, elaborative manner and supported with descriptive pictures. The book will be a guiding source for the medical fraternity and lawmakers,” stated Goa’s Director General of Police Dr Indradev Shukla.
