Developers and builders Prestige Group has bagged ‘Mixed-Use Project of the Year’ at the Realty and Excellence Awards for its maiden project in Goa ‘Prestige Ocean Crest’ at Dona Paula. The awards identify and honour projects that create marvels in the real estate industry across India. Prestige Group has partnered with Goa’s developer Mathias Construction Pvt Ltd to jointly develop the project. “With markets recovering, we expect the inventory for the Goa project to go fast,” stated Irfan Razack, chairman and managing director at Prestige Group.
