PANAJIThe annual general body meeting of Quitula the Sports and Cultural Club at Aldona will be convened on November 6 at 10.30 am at the Club Hall. The agenda to be transacted will include reading and confirming the minutes of the annual general body held on September 26, 2021, to receive and adopt the managing committee report for the year 2021-22, to approve and adopt the audited statement of account and balance sheet for the year ending March 31, to discuss and amend the constitution of the Club and any other matter with the permission of the chair, states a notice issued by QSCC General Secretary Blaise D’Cruz.
