MARGAO: Sao Jose De Areal edge past SSC Loutolim 2-1 in all Goa inter-village football tournament, organised by United Club of Utorda, at SAG ground, Utorda, on Thursday.
In the 15 minute, a free-kick awarded to Sao Jose de Areal. Raymon Fernandes stepped forward but shot the ball over the cross bar.
Crossing over, both teams displayed good footballing skills as Sao Jose de Areal found the net off Josly Moura's beautiful header in the 43th minute.
In the 52th minute, Loutolim equalised with a powerful strike by Ignatius D'Silva. Josly Moura doubled the tally to seal Loutolim's fate .
