PANAJI: Konkani Bhasha Mandal in association with Samrat Club Curchorem is organising a one-day short film writing and production workshop on July 22 at Karma Hall, Curchorem from 9.30 am to 5 pm. The workshop is open to college students and teachers. Goan director and cinematographer Sainath Parab will deliver the keynote address, writer Kavindra Phaldesai, director Sainath Uskaikar and music composer Sindhuraj Kamat will guide the participants about the journey of short film writing to production.
The workshop is organised to create awareness among the students about Konkani filmmaking, said Ratnamala Divkar, acting president of Konkani Bhasha Mandal. Enthusiasts may contact KBM office (0832-2750585) or Palash Agni (7350426399).
