Dattopant Thengadi, National Board for Workers Education and Development, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, Regional Directorate “ Goa in association with Suryamandal, Dongari “ Mandur and Corporation of the City of Panaji will celebrate Goa State Level Kapyalli Art Competition, Women empowerment through traditional skill development as a part of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav on April 12 from 11.45 pm onwards at Comblo Square, opposite Inox, adjacent to Mahaveer Children Park, Forest Department Garden, Panaji. Agriculture Minister, Ravi Naik, Art and Culture Minister, Govind Gaude and Mayor, Corporation of City of Panaji, Rohit Monseratte will be present on the occasion.
