PANAJIIn view of the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi, Rotaract Club of Panjim in collaboration with Studio 07 conducted Ganesha Idol Clay Moulding workshop on Sunday at Mahalaxmi temple, Panaji. The workshop saw 35 participants from ages 12 to 32 years. The instructor was founder of Studio 07, Apeksha Nadkarni. The Ganesh idols were made with organic materials using natural clay mud and simple tools completely free from chemicals and plaster of paris. Further, the students named the Ganesha Idols made by them according to the Ganesh Ashtottara. The workshop was managed by Tejas Pandit and followed by a traditional Goan Ghumat Aarti performance by a children's group.
