The first batch of Certificate Training Programme for Returning Officer & Assistant Returning Officers was inaugurated on October 26 in GIPARD by Narayan R. Sawant, IAS, Additional CEO in the presence of Michael D’Souza, IAS, Director GIPARD, SB Joshi, Principal Secretary, ECI, Vinod Kumar, ECI, Aisha A. Vaingankar, Jt CEO and Sangeeta S. Naik, Dy. CEO. The first batch of Certificate Training Programme has been organized by CEO Goa for Returning Officer & Assistant Returning Officers from October 26 to 29 in association with IIIDM and GIPARD. The second batch will undergo training from November 9 to 12. The resource persons are Binod Kumar, Secretary, S.B. Joshi, Pr Secretary, Sameer Verma, NLMT, Yogesh Kumar, NLMT, Yogesh P. Thakkar, NLMT and R.M. Pandya, NLMT.
