Union Bank of India inaugurated its first NRI Cell under its Mapusa Branch on Tuesday. Ashok Upadhyay, Regional Head Goa, Union Bank of India, Ishwar Chand, Branch Head, other bank employees and important customers were present at the inauguration. Ashok Upadhyay said, “We hope to provide better services to all NRIs through this branch. The specialised branch will provide financial planning and advisory services and all other facilities under one roof which includes fixed deposit, foreign remittances, lockers, mutual funds, insurance and technological products in foreign currency denominations. Home loans and car loans are also provided to NRI.”
