MARGAOThe Colva police has registered an offence under Section 16 of foreigners (Amendment order 2016) r/w sec 14 (C) of the foreigners Act 1946 against the owner of a guest house at Majorda for accommodating a French couple.Police said the offence has been registered against the guest house owner for failing to fill up and submit the online “C” Form to the Foreigners branch, Panaji.
