PANAJIThe Women’s Wing of GCCI in association with DITC (Directorate of Industries, Trade and Commerce) organised a programme on ‘Women in Food’ with a session on Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme by DITC - Goa under Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan. The programme was in collaboration with Goa Gowomania, WICCI - Food and Nutrition Council Goa and G 100 - Food and Innovation Wing. Women foodpreneurs Laxmi Kunkolienkar of Kamaxi Foods, chef and caterer Sarita Chavan and Mayura Abhisheki of Chitramay products shared their inspirational journey. The programme was attended by Pallavi Salgaocar, chairperson GCCI Women’s Wing and G 100 Food Innovation Wing Goa Chair, Siya Shaikh, founder of Goa GoWomania group and Sheryl Afonso, Goa Chair of WICCI food and nutrition council.
