30-year-old rider dies in Nuvem-Arlem mishap

A 30-year-old motorcycle rider died in a road accident on the Nuvem-Arlem road bypass on Saturday.

Maina-Curtorim police station in charge PI Arun Desai informed that the rider died in a head on collision between the Yamaha motorcycle and a Maruti four-wheeler.

The rider Jesus Cardozo, who sustained grievous injuries, later died in the hospital. The police is investigating.
