Highlighting ongoing issues with congestion near the Chroma Showroom stretch of the Verna-Dabolim highway, Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho has requested Union Minister Nitin Gadkari for a third flyover connecting Varunapuri and Dabolim.
“A flyover from Varunapuri to Dabolim, connecting Bogmalo junction, would ease congestion and further improve connectivity. I am confident Gadkari will consider this request with the same dedication he has shown to Goa’s development,” said Godinho, while addressing the gathering during the inauguration of India’s first curved flyover-cum-cable-stayed overbridge from Ravindra Bhavan to Varunapuri in Vasco.
