Questioning the timing of the BJP’s general secretary to come down to Goa and hold political deliberations, the Working President of Goa Forward Kiran Kandolkar said they should have waited till the second wave ended.
“B L Santosh should question the chief minister and the health minister why 2,800 people have lost lives in the State. What sort of politics is this? He should have not come down now. The second wave should come down and then play politics,” Kandolkar said.
He said the sentiment among Goans is that all opposition parties should come together to fight against the BJP in the State. “People of Tivim and Aldona are fed up with the current MLAs. They are longing for a change there,” he said.
