PANAJI: Following the conclusion of its 550th Year Celebrations, the Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math has resumed pending civil and finishing works at its premises in Canacona.
The ongoing work includes areas around the newly installed Shree Rama Pratima and is aimed at ensuring the safe, proper, and orderly completion of the overall project.
In view of the continuing construction, the Math authorities announced that the entire premises, including the Shree Rama Pratima area, will remain temporarily closed to devotees, tourists, and other visitors from January 2, 2026, until further notice.
Devotees and visitors have been requested to refrain from visiting the Math during this period to avoid inconvenience, ensure personal safety, and allow uninterrupted progress of the remaining works.
