Video footage of Sonali Phogat limping out of a restaurant washroom has now surfaced, indicating she was heavily intoxicated.
The latest CCTV footage from Curlies beach shack restaurant shows that her condition was poor. The footage is of 4:27 am of August 23. The Goa Police have scanned nearly 200-300 CCTV footage of the resort where Phogat and the accused stayed as well as that of Curlies.
In this viral footage, Phogat is seen wearing a crop top and half pants. She is being accosted outside the washroom allegedly by the accused and made to sit near a table.
In the video, Phogat is unable to stand or walk on her own. Inspector General of Police Omvir Singh, at a press conference, earlier confirmed that the accused had taken the victim to the restaurant's toilet and all reemerged two hours later. The duo also confessed of drugging her.
In another video, first reported by The Goan, she was seen dancing with the two accused. In this 36-second video, Phogat dressed in a black outfit does not look comfortable on the dance floor. She frees her hands from Sukhwinder and her PA several times and finally joins the crowd. This video was recorded by Sukhwinder himself but it has not been confirmed yet if it was from the night before her death or it belongs to a club in another city.
