Aam Aadmi Party's Rozgar Yatra in the state concluded with 1,12,056 people signing up for the job guarantee programme.
The Rozgar Yatra saw mass participation by Goenkars. During the campaign, AAP held 1700 booth meetings and reached to 2,50,000 Goenkars.
"On the other hand Sawant government is busy in doing vague announcements like that they will provide 10,000 jobs. This announcement has been peddled and recycled every month and every election with no fruition in site. In current times, there are lakhs of young people looking for employment, and here the Sawant government speaks of 10,000 jobs", said AAP Goa convener Rahul Mhambre.

The party Convenor Arvind Kejriwal in his visit to Goa last month had announced his guarantee of providing employment to every youth when the Aam Aadmi Party government is formed in the state. He had promised that every youth will be given employment and Rs 3,000 per month till the employment is provided.
Kejriwal also promised, 80 percent of jobs in the private sector will be reserved for the youth of Goa. Rs 5,000 would be provided monthly to families who lost employment due to shutdown of tourism and mining. AAP Government will further establish a Skill University in Goa on the lines of Delhi’s DSEU. AAP will bring an end to nepotism in government jobs in Goa and the jobs will be made available to the common man.
Kejriwal arriving today
PANAJI: AAP National Convenor & Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal announced his arrival to Goa in a tweet on 31 October "In our lives, religious places and shrines have a significant role. Only through the blessings of God, we receive new energy and new direction. I will come to Goa tomorrow to speak with my Goan brothers and sisters". During Kejriwal's last two visits he announced free 24/7 electricity and a job guarantee.
AAP volunteers have since the last month been canvassing the state with Kejriwal's Job Guarantee having 75 booth meetings a day and 2 rallies a day. AAP held 1700 booth meetings and reached to 2,50,000 Goenkars with 1,12,056 people signing up for AAP's job guarantee programme.
The state assembly elections are scheduled to take place early 2022.
Kejriwal, who has already visited the state on two occasions this year, is scheduled to make his third trip to the state on Monday.
