57 new cases, no Covid deaths reported

No Covid fatalities were recorded in the mortality bulletin of the Directorate of Health Services on Saturday while 57 new cases of the infection were detected from among the 1,719 samples tested in the last 24 hours.

With this, the total confirmed cases have touched 54,523. Of these, 53,243 have recovered and 493 are presently active.

The Covid victim count of the state stands at 787.
